Chung-A Beauty & Health can produce over 200 million sanitary pads a year with three latest automated production lines.
Chung-A Beauty and Health was established in 2018 in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon City. We have signed an OEM contract with “I'm O”, typical eco-friendly sanitary pad brand, and produce “I'm O” 100% Organic Sanitary Pads in Korea. Chung-A Beauty and Health carries the latest three automated production lines. Our factory’s facility carries the capacity to produce over 200 million sanitary pads annually. From pantyliners to overnight pads, we are able manage to produce in 6 different sizes.(155mm, 180mm, 220mm, 250mm, 280mm, 350mm)
Our main products, “I'm O” sanitary pad and Panty Liner, are safe and eco-friendly using 100% organic French cotton for top sheet, such products are soft and non-irritating, which leads to high satisfaction and reliance to our customers.
CERTIFICATION & TECHNOLOGY
We have obtained OCS certification from ECOCERT, a global Organic certifier, to prove that we use an Organic Cotton. We also have our own R&D designers and technical staffs. On the basis of outstanding technical skills, we can produce thin and high absorbent sanitary pads and pantyliners at competitive prices.
With the basis of superior technical skills and certified products, we aim to provide the most qualified and superior products in the market with fast growing needs in sanitary pad , and at the same time ,fulfill and suit the prices of customers’ request.Our products can be customized upon our customer’s request :Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) or Original Design Manufacturing (ODM).
